Hog Roast Norfolk is a specialist event caterer. We take our name from the hog roast dining experience that we have been privileged to serve to events for the last several decades.
Hog roasting refers to the name of the dish as well as the roasting method. It may also be called spit roasting too, as the traditional process takes a whole pig and places it atop a spit over a bed of flames where it will turn and roast for hours – typically the better part of a day, or 6-8 hours in other words – until it comes to a perfect, golden roast complexion complete with a crisp charring for seasoning and texture, and a tender meatiness inside bursting with juiciness and flavour.

All of our machines have been designed by ourselves to be adaptable to set up in any kind of environment, even with little space and all without the hassle of a lot of mess.
